Our website, memberships, events, products, digital resources, and community are owned and operated by Jackson Training & Consulting Services, LLC.

Eligibility

By using this website or purchasing any CrownHER Rise offering, you affirm that you are at least 18 years of age and legally able to enter into a binding agreement.

Memberships

Memberships provide access to exclusive digital resources, community experiences, trainings, events, and other benefits available during your active membership.

Membership benefits may evolve over time as CrownHER Rise continues to grow and improve. While we strive to provide exceptional value, specific content, resources, and programming may occasionally change.

Billing & Automatic Renewal

Memberships renew each billing cycle automatically using your selected payment method.

Unless cancelled before your next billing date, your membership will automatically renew, and your payment method will be charged accordingly.

Cancellation

You may cancel your membership at any time.

To avoid charges for your next membership period, cancellations must be completed before your next scheduled billing date.

Once cancelled, your membership benefits remain active through the end of your current paid billing period.

Refund Policy

Due to immediate access to digital resources, community experiences, downloadable materials, and member-only content, all membership fees, digital products, assessments, and downloadable resources are non-refundable.

Please carefully review all product descriptions before making your purchase.

Payment Plans

If a payment plan is offered for a program, event, or product, you agree to complete all scheduled payments according to the selected payment plan.

Failure to complete scheduled payments may result in suspension of access until the account is brought current.

Events & Retreats

Separate cancellation and refund policies may apply to in-person events, retreats, conferences, and specialty experiences. These policies will be clearly stated on the registration page for each event.

Intellectual Property

All content published by CrownHER Rise and Dr. Anita M. Jackson—including videos, trainings, worksheets, assessments, journals, companion guides, graphics, logos, articles, digital downloads, photographs, branding, and educational materials—is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.

Content may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, shared, sold, modified, or republished without prior written permission.

Community Participation

Members are expected to contribute respectfully and professionally within all CrownHER Rise communities.

We reserve the right to remove content or terminate community access for behavior that is abusive, discriminatory, threatening, harassing, intentionally disruptive, or inconsistent with the values of CrownHER Rise.

Ambassador & Chapter Leader Opportunities

CrownHER Rise may offer optional leadership opportunities, including Ambassador and Chapter Leader programs.

Participation in these programs is by application or invitation, subject to program requirements, training, and ongoing standards established by CrownHER Rise.

These opportunities are entirely optional and are not guaranteed as part of membership.
