By accessing or using the CrownHER Rise website or services, you agree to the following terms:

• Acceptance of Terms
  You consent to be bound by these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) and our Privacy Policy. We may update these Terms at any time, and revisions will be effective upon posting. It is your responsibility to stay updated.

• Services & Eligibility
  CrownHER Rise provides lifestyle subscription boxes, digital content, events, and community programs. You confirm you are at least 18 years old or have parental consent.

• Payments & Subscriptions
  All fees are payable via Stripe and are due upon checkout or subscription renewal. You authorize us to charge your payment method accordingly.

• No Refunds, No Exchanges
  All payments are final. We do not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges except for items damaged in transit (see “Damaged Items” below).

• Cancellation Policy
  Subscription box cancellations must be requested at least 10 days before the next billing or shipment date by contacting our support email. After the billing date, the charge is non-refundable.

• Damaged Items
  If items arrive damaged, please notify us within 7 days with photos. We may offer a replacement at our discretion.

• Limitations of Liability
  In no event will CrownHER Rise, and any member of its administration, be liable for any indirect or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the product/service.

• Intellectual Property
  All content and designs—including videos, images, and branding—are our intellectual property. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

• Governing Law
  These Terms are governed by California law, without regard to conflict of laws principles.
